"I just opened the package with my dress… I LOVE IT! It has such a subtle, soft, gentle, quality about it that overlays the power it contains. Your choice of colors, design, and placement of the symbols definitely "speaks" to me. It is perfect, just as I knew it would be. I also tried on my wolf dress, and that fits perfectly now as well. Thank you for making the adjustment. I just LOVE that dress, too! And with the matching coat on top, it is exquisite beyond words.

As I look at each of your creations that you have made for me, I am literally awestruck at how different and yet breathtakingly gorgeous each one is! Since all of them have been custom designed and created for me based on what I asked to be expressed at the time, they all completely resonate with my spirit and they literally touch my soul. Thank you for connecting with my spirit, working your magic, and creating such masterpieces for me. I feel as though I have been truly blessed to receive your gifts.

"I am Lizzy's sister and have been dancing since the age of four - for 43 years - (time flies when you are having fun!) My early training was ballet - modern/ballet in college and during the company performing years. Later I started exploring creative movement for all ages, using props and scarves - incorporating Roth movement, Pilates, Chi Kung, Yoga Dance and most recently Middle Eastern - American Tribal Style Belly Dance and Cabaret.

I have been fortunate to have such a talented sister who not only made beautiful fantasy clothing for dress up - with gorgeous colors and spirit animals but also created one of a kind dance costumes and music from Inanna to dance to - a blessing!

For dance especially I love her short chiffon skirts and her long flowing skirts. For teaching children and modern/ballet class the short skirts are fun and colorful - the kids love them and they make ballet and modern class much less serious My absolute favorite (most versatile) - worn all the time - which always gets the most compliments - is a long black circle skirt which has white dance figures on the bottom. I wear it over tights. dance pants of different colors, jeans. over other straight tight skirts for layering effect, under the short skirt for more flow and layer, for tribal dance over harem pants and for belly dance under a hip scarf. Today for belly dance I wore it over orange dance pants but tucked in at the hip on one side so the drape still showed. I put this skirt on whenever I feel like wearing something beautiful that feels feminine, adds drama, nice lines, flow, flair and is body enhancing - makes me feel more slender too. If I could I would have it in every color because it is such a great design for street wear, dancewear and evening dress up.

Advice for dancers especially - If you don't live in Maine and can't work with Lizzy in person - I strongly suggest talking to her about your own designs. There are many options available for both of you to consider and Liz is very open to trying new ideas and appreciates the creative spirit in everyone. Do take all measurements carefully - lengths of everything - from shoulder to waist, from waist to floor etc. Make sure when you measure that you consider breathing room and flow around ankles (very pretty) for dramatic costumes. Also keep in mind that the colorful designs are amazing but sometimes less is more dramatic for both performance and street wear.
